Baby update

I thought that this preganancy was going to be my easy one. I had NO morning sickness and things were looking good and going great! however this little boy seems to be the trouble maker of the family.

At my 20 week ultrasound we found out  that my placenta was too low, which wasnt a big deal, I just was instructed not to lift anything, only Noah if I had to. Last week I went in for a check because I was having some cramping and didnt know if I should worry. Again I was instructed to go home, put my feet up, and rest as much as possible. I am still able to work I just have to sit alot (which is alot harder than it should be!) I will have another ultrasound at 30 weeks to see if my placenta has corrected itself and moved up (cross your fingers) if it doesnt I will have a c-section.

So things have been interesting, but the baby is doing great! Noah is doing well, and Daisy is still as crazy as ever!

End of summer/Fall

The end of the summer and early fall are certainly going too fast for me! Noah and I recently went to the apple orchard and picked 2 bags of apples, Noah was very excited see the apple trees and try to take a bite out of each one. Now that we have all the apples made into applesauce, Tim and Noah are currently working really hard to finish it all before september is over!
We also found out recently that we are going to be having another BOY! Noah and Tim are very excited to have another boy in the house.

busy summer

The summer is certainly flying by here at the Roth house! We have been busy chasing after Noah and our new addition Daisy, a Golden Retriever/Yellow Lab mix. She is 1 year old and already Noah's best friend.

This summer Noah has become a master at putting puzzles together, building towers with blocks, and digging in the dirt and playing in the pool/sprinkler! He is also talking non-stop! some of his favorite things to say are "I love blocks" "turkeys" "No Daisy" "Sit Daisy" "theres a papa" and "Snacks" most of the time we can understand what he is saying, but he is still pretty hard to understand! We have been venturing into the potty training stage of his life... so far he is willing to sit on the potty for about 1 minute, this could be a long process!

We had the chance to get free tickets to the twins game through Carlson, we were sitting 3 rows above the dugout, Noah had a blast finding hats and watching the balls! he also enjoyed eating popcorn with his buddy Alex. During a little stay-cation in June we took a trip to the minnesota zoo! Noah had a blast looking at all the animals, and really enjoyed the petting zoo!

We have also been working on another little project around our house. Noah is going to be a BIG BROTHER in february! We are very excited for this new little baby, and Noah is loving his new room and his big boy bed!

Springtime fun

Noah certainly has changed in the last few weeks! he is talking so much more, we just wish we could understand most of what he says. I think he has his own language. He loves being outisde with his dad, exploring in the backyard with his daddy.
We celebrated Easter in Brainerd with the Boran's, Noah loved searching for easter eggs, even though he had no idea there was candy inside! Over the weekend, we watched a family baseball game, played at the park, and had  a bonfire, noah enjoyed all of it!

In a few weeks Noah will be moving up to the toddler room at school. I am sad to see my baby turn into a toddler, but very excited to see what he learns in the next few months!
pictures: Noah and his cousin Mary playing playdough, Noah's favorite way to go down the slide at the park near our house. Mary and Noah at the gardening store after seeing the animals. Watching baseball! Looking through his easter basket, and the egg hunt. a regular saturday afternoon at home, and the first sips of chocolate milk EVER!

Toddler bed and a race car!

Recently we discovered that Noah has been trying to climb out of his crib using the bumper pad. To eliminate a big fall we turned his crib into a toddler bed! The first night went great! He didnt try to climb out and slept all night without falling out. He was a little confused this morning though.

We also broke out the cool race car that Grandma and Grandpa Roth bought him for Christmas, Noah thought it was the cooles thing yesterday and did not want to get out. We are excited to see all of the fun things Noah will discover outside this spring and summer!

Noah now has 11 teeth and 2 more on the way, he is talking so much more, he can now say "I did it", "What is this" "yes", "Sit", and "Go". He is also signing more and please alot!!

About a month ago we bought a 2011 GMC Acadia, so far we LOVE the new car and noah seems to like being close to the windows and sitting up higher!

Basement Remodel

Right before Christmas we decided to buy a huge sectional. It turned out to be too big for our space, Tim decided to take a wall out. 1.5 months later we are finally finished and loving our new space. We also decided to paint the laundry room and to get tile in the hallway and laundry room.  Noah is thrilled to have so much space to play in and run around!
